Deposit / cleaning
For most one-off hires, especially parties, we now require a £50 deposit to be paid in advance. This will be refunded if the hall is cleaned properly, otherwise we will use it (or part of the deposit) to pay for the services of a cleaner. We expect the hall to be left in a fit state for the next users. Specifically, this means:
- all waste must be deposited in appropriate bins provided (recycling bins located immediately outside the hall),
- toilets must be left clean and all waste removed,
- any damage / breakages must be reported to a committee member,
- hall to be left generally clean and tidy.
All these stipulations to be met by 11am on the day following the event.
